Job Details:

The Senior Electrician/Maintenance Technician will perform skilled maintenance duties for the site and Maintenance Department. Tasks include reading blueprints, installing electrical systems, troubleshooting issues, and responding to emergency repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Update work statuses and document tasks in the CMMS.
• Read blueprints and diagrams to estimate materials and costs.
• Construct, finish, install, and maintain electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot all electrical systems.
• Perform rounds, tests, and inspections.

Requirements:

• 5 years? experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Journeyman Electrical License.
• Working knowledge of local and state codes.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform strenuous labor.
