Job Details:

The main responsibilities of this position involve participating in retirement projects, administering programs, system testing, providing reports, consulting, and troubleshooting daily retirement plan operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and produce detailed analyses and reports
• Participate in program development and implementation
• Provide customer service and support for retirement programs
• Identify ways to improve and automate retirement processes
• Manage information and documents with confidentiality
• Collaborate with internal partners and vendors
• Ensure accurate administration of programs and plans

Requirements:

• 5+ years of retirement plan administration experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor?s degree required
• Knowledge of deferred compensation, 401(k), and Pension plans
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
