Job Details:

The Specialty Service Ambassador will be responsible for handling food according to HACCP guidelines, maintaining cleanliness of service areas, and engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare espresso orders accurately
  • Enter orders into POS device
  • Ensure cleanliness of service area and equipment
  • Maintain proper presentation and portion control
  • Monitor food and beverage temperatures
  • Greet customers courteously
  • Support training of new hires
