Job Details:

We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in overseeing cost controls, menu planning, and catering events. Collaboration with culinary and marketing teams is key to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cost controls and expenditures
  • Assist in planning and creating menus
  • Execute catering events
  • Implement new culinary programs
  • Supervise hourly associates

Requirements:

  • A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent
  • Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
  • Catering experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of food and catering trends
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
