Job Details:
You will handle labor and food cost control, event preparation, transportation, setup, operation, and clean-up for all events.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and develop managers
- Create operating statements, reports, and budgets
- Develop catering activities and plans
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders
- Monitor budgets and financial targets
- Maintain client database and vendor relationships
- Ensure safety and sanitation compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in meeting sales goals
- Minimum of two years in hospitality industry with catering sales experience
- Supervisory, training, and coaching skills
- Ability to assess client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Knowledge of A/V equipment setup
