Job Details:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling communication, research projects, conference calls, expense reports, and database maintenance. Other duties include payroll support, new unit openings, and reporting tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare presentations (Power Point, financial book, drafting documents)
- Support communication throughout the region
- Coordinate conference calls, meetings, and training sessions
- Process expense reports and payables
- Maintain regional staff/client/unit directory database
- Assist with new unit openings and branded programs
- Participate in reporting tasks and Be-A-Star initiatives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Experience in reading and interpreting documents
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Basic understanding of algebra and geometry
