Job Details:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling communication, research projects, conference calls, expense reports, and database maintenance. Other duties include payroll support, new unit openings, and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare presentations (Power Point, financial book, drafting documents)
  • Support communication throughout the region
  • Coordinate conference calls, meetings, and training sessions
  • Process expense reports and payables
  • Maintain regional staff/client/unit directory database
  • Assist with new unit openings and branded programs
  • Participate in reporting tasks and Be-A-Star initiatives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Experience in reading and interpreting documents
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Basic understanding of algebra and geometry
